This is a 3D print of a Drewry Railcar. Two were built by the LNER for use on the Woodhead line. BR renumbered them as DB998900 and DB998901. DB998901, also known as OLIVe (Overhead Line Inspection Vehicle) survives under restoration on the Middleton Railway in Leeds, having narrowly survived an arson attack.
