Terms and Conditions - for all members

Membership operates on the anniversary system and is normally renewable twelve or thirty-six months from the date of joining (bearing in mind that a full year’s membership equates to the supply to the member of six issues of the Society’s bi-monthly journal).  Membership is not transferable and, apart from the cancellation facility shown above, moneys are not refundable.

If you receive your journal by post, your membership number and your renewal date are shown on each journal address sheet, above your name and address.  When you are due to renew you can either use the form printed on the back of the address sheet, or return to this website.

In whichever format you receive your journal, if your membership becomes overdue, you will normally receive a communication to this effect from the Society.

VAT and P&P

Our published membership fees and charges include, where applicable, Value Added Tax and postage and packing charges.  Shop orders do not automatically have p&p added - this needs to be included by selecting the appropriate p&p category in the checkout.
