If your membership pack has already been despatched, you should return it intact and undamaged to the Membership Secretary. A refund will be provided within a maximum of thirty days. (2) for renewalsIf you change your mind and wish to cancel your application to renew your membership, you can notify us accordingly in writing (e.g. email the Membership Secretary) within seven days of submitting your application.If any Society material (journal, etc) has been despatched to you as a result of your renewal application, you should return it intact and undamaged to the Membership Secretary. A refund will be provided within a maximum of thirty days. Terms and Conditions - for all members Membership operates on the anniversary system and is normally renewable twelve or thirty-six months from the date of joining. Membership is not transferable and, apart from the cancellation facility shown above, moneys are not refundable. A renewal form will be sent with the Journal when your subscription is due.
